Chef Expectations & Guidelines
Welcome to Syr! We have implemented the following expectations and guidelines (this
“Agreement”) to help all chefs succeed on the platform. This document is a legally binding
contract between you and Syr Corp (Syr). Please read it carefully. You also should carefully read
Syr’s Terms of Service, which constitutes part of the contract between Syr Corp and you, and
which includes important provisions, including limitations of Syr Corp’s liability in certain
circumstances and mandatory arbitration of disputes. If any provision of this Agreement
contradicts Syr’s Terms of Service, this Agreement controls.
In exchange for being able to use the Syr platform to advertise and sell my food, and in
consideration of Syr’s services, I agree to the following:
