1. Cloud Computing is a technology that uses concepts of virtualization, processing power,
storage, connectivity, and shared resources in order to provide a pool of resources, to store,
and share them among various devices through an open-ended (i.e. Internet) network.
Describe the cloud computing characteristics.

2. All information technology hardware and software will have a normal cycle of usefulness. This
is often referred to as the application life cycle and is the management of a software
application from the initial planning stages through to its retirement. Discuss the life cycle
process including their examples.

3. Based on the figure below shows the Cloud Computing in healthcare. Cloud Computing reshapes how doctors, nurses, clinics, and hospitals deliver their patients optimal cost-effective
services. Two factors drive this transformation: economic importance to minimise costs and
enhance healthcare quality. The cloud has the potential to revolutionise healthcare, make it
more efficient through a decentralised approach and enhance patient experience by
delivering services at significantly lower prices.
Using relevance references adopted from Google Scholar (https://scholar.google.com/),
create an interesting introduction based on the given figure below. Your introduction must be
not less than 1000 words. You need to find at least 10 references to support your arguments.
