I was able to install 3.0 catch can on my 2019 Ford Edge with a 2.0L motor.
Here is a rough break down how I did it.
1. Take pulley cover off of pulley on passenger side. A bracket just to the right of pulley cover And
disconnect the two sensors.
2. Take bottom tube off of EGR. Two 8mm on flange. One 10mm on bracket to intake manifold. On
driver side.
3. Disconnect the two tubes that go to the intake tube.
4. Loosen all wire harnesses.
5. Take out the five bolts that hold the intake manifold.
6. Take off the tube to the pvc hose
7. Take off fittings from hose.
8. I went and bought 5’ of 3/8” hose so that I could cut to fit and used the fittings from factory hose.
9. How I Ran hoses.
10. Just reassembled everything.
11. Finished product.
