Result of aggressive action: Tumaas naman ang kanilang sales pero nagkaroon ulit ng backlogs sa
delivery time. From standard delivery time of 8 weeks  10  12  16 weeks. Kailangang maghintay
ng 16 weeks ng customer bago makarating ang computer.
Top management are clouded. They can’t see the root cause. Ang problema nila ay delivery time. Habang
tumagal ang panahon, nagpalit palit sila ng managers but same ang nangyayari. They continued to push
harder in the marketing.
May company kasi na pwedeng maka-kompetensiya kaya may ill-conceived product.
They never came close to fulfilling its original potential. Kahit nagstrive sa sales, hindi pa rin nila
nararating yung dati nilang performance. Hangga’t tumagal, itong company ay nagfile ng bankruptcy.
