Computer Studies: Pixel Image Editing using Photopea(online tool)
Grade 10 –Term2-week 9
Objectives: To create save nature image
Tools used: object selection tools/magnetic lasso tools
1) Open Photopea.com in your browser
Create a new image width 800px, height 900px, 72 dpi, white background
2) Open the image soil
Use Magic wand/quick object selection, select only the hand & the soil.
Paste it and scale it to 50% width, 50% height.
Paste it to the bottom center of the white space. (see sample)
3) Open the plant
Use Magic wand/quick object selection, select only the plant and its soil.
Paste it on the soil.
Remove the wwhite space (if there is
any) using the raster mask method.
4) Similarly, select the butterfly, cat and the bird using the similar methods
and place them as shown in the sample.
Type the text Let us save nature using a green font of your choice as
shown on the background layer.
Write your name and save as jpg. Upload into your folder.
