Teacher Organizations Teacher organizations in Korea are made up by the dual parties which are, a labour union and a professional organization. The aim is that each will deal with their own matters. there are two important organizations in Spain that deal with teacher’s and their rights. One is a Workers Group and the other is associated with the Socialist General Union of Workers. Quality Assurance In South Korea, there is a limited number of schools that gives primary school teaching education so getting into those schools is a very competitive process. However, secondary school teaching programs are not as competitive so, there is an oversupply of secondary school teachers and this caused the licensing exams to be extremely difficult. So only people who matches a certain criterion can be hired. On the contrary, Spain doesn’t offer much of a quality when it comes to teaching. PISA results in 2015 showed that Spain’s performance was average. Though Spain started to the make efforts to improve quality of education.
