That company looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. POSITION HR Manager REPORTS TO The HR manager will report to HR Director. JOB OVERVIEW HR Manager plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of the Human resource department and other activities of an organization. The basic function of HR manager is to support the business to deliver people-related processes, vision and strategy across the company aligned with the law. HR managers also support their colleagues within business to resolve challenging issues related to employment and dismissal of staff. Responsibilities and duties Developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives regulate with other strategies of organization. Maintains work strategies by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions. Managing the recruitment by establishing testing and interviews programs, counselling for filling vacancies by right person on right job. Making good relation is management and employees by solving grievances and meets demands. Managing compensation policy and employees benefit program. Maintains management guidelines by preparing and updating the strategies and policies. Contributes to team work for achieving desired goals. Finds training needs and organize training program when necessity. Make sure legal compliance by implementing and updating as per federal requirements. Reports to HR director for decision making. Looking for safe working environments. Maintains historical human resource records and keeping past and current data. Determining suitable salaries for all employees. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor degree in HR Management or business administrative Master degree in HR Management. Experience Minimum 4-5 years experience on same position and related field such as automative and motors industries. SPECIFIC SKIllS Communication skills-HR managers must be able to express himself clearly both oral and written communication. Organizing skills- The HR managers should have organizational skills because they have lot of task to perform such as recruitment, interviews, performance appraisal and compensation policies. Decision making- They should have decision making ability because managers entitles to take many decisions regarding compensation policies, recruiting and selection of right person on right job. Budgeting skills- HR managers also make budget of the company they make the financial planning of every department of the company. Training and development skills- HR managers are responsible for providing development opportunities to employees in order to enhance their performance quality. Multi-tasking skills- HR managers are responsible managing number of task such as recruiting, interviews, training development and planning of payrolls so they have ability to perform many task in one time. PHYSICAL ABILITIES Should be capable of sitting on chair and working on computer for prolonged hours and required specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
