Most commonly, branded assets includes – logos, Artwork and graphics , Templates, etc. STRATEGY BY HASHTAG INC Today’s consumers don’t just buy a brand, they join it. This is why the best brands are simple ones: they’re easy to understand and impossible to ignore. As an agency, everything a team does is focused on helping brands simplify and clarify who they are and what they stand for. From strategy to activation, we collaborate with our partners to craft the content, moments, and messages that build modern brands, and express them clearly, authentically, and in unexpected ways. Here are some services based on strategy: BRAND STRATEGY • Brand strategy defines rules and guidelines on how, what, where, when and to whom you communicate your brand messages. A well-defined and executed brand strategy leads to a consistent brand message, a strong emotional connection with customers, and higher brand equity. • Your brand is more than your logo, name or slogan — it’s the entire experience your prospects and customers have with your company, product or service. CAMPAIGN STRATEGY A campaign can be seen as an organised, purposeful effort to create change, and it should be guided by thoughtful planning. Before taking action, successful campaigners learn as much as possible about: • the existing situation • who is affected by the campaign issue both positively and negatively • what changes could improve the situation. Campaigners use this knowledge to create their strategy, which guides them in planning, implementing, marketing, monitoring, improving and evaluating their campaign. A campaign strategy should answer the following questions: • What problem are you confronting? • What change/s would bring about this vision? • Who is affected, positively or negatively, by the problem? • How are these people or groups related to the problem and to each other? • Who are you trying to reach? Answering key questions repeatedly, at each stage of your campaign, about the problem, solution, stakeholders and targets as well as the tactics, message and tools you will use, will help develop your campaign strategy. Community Management • Community management is the process of building an authentic community among a business's customers, employees, and partners through various types of interaction. It's how a brand uses opportunities (in person and online) to interact with their audience to create a network in which they can connect, share, and grow. • Community management plays a significant role in the retention of existing customers who then likely to be involved in repeated brand interactions , attracting new customers. One of the major characteristics of communities is that it helps information flow fast. Research & Customer Insight • A consumer insight is an interpretation used by businesses to gain a deeper understanding of how their audience thinks and feels. Analysing human behaviours allows companies to really understand what their consumers want and need, and most importantly, why they feel this way. • When consumer insight research is conducted properly, it should improve the effectiveness of how a company communicates to its customers, which is likely to change consumer behaviour, and therefore increase sales. PRODUCTION BY HASHTAG INC Authentic connections between brands and people are made when engaging content captures a consumer’s attention and speaks the brand’s truth. Working in collaboration with partners, our in-house production team creates video, motion, and audio content for brands. • Photography • TVCs • Digital Video Content • Motion Graphics & Animations • Bumper Ads PHOTOGRAPHY • Product photography tells you a lot about the item from size, shape, colour, and even how it is used. There are many different types of product photography. From simple studio product images to the lifestyle approach, products in action, group photos of a product line, product packaging, and more. • A production photographer is a crew member on a film set that takes pictures of the set, the crew working, and the cast while they are in full costume and makeup. These images can be used by the film production for promotional materials, posters, DVD covers and so forth. TVCs • TVC is the acronym for television commercial — a form of advertising that promotes products, services, ideas, individuals or organizations via the television medium. • The duration of TVCs greatly vary but they usually fall between 10 seconds to 3 minutes-long. Regardless of the length of the TVC, it is important to keep in mind that the message conveyed would have to be catchy and arresting to keep the viewers from losing interest within the first few seconds of the TVC. • The main objective of the TVC is to introduce a new product, create awareness and ultimately, to make consumers switch to the product promoted. A TVC also works to remind the consumer audience of the existence of the product in order to create a continuous demand over time. Digital Video Content • Digital video is an electronic representation of moving visual images (video) in the form of encoded digital data. This is in contrast to analog video, which represents moving visual images with analog signals. Digital video comprises a series of digital images displayed in rapid succession. • Digital video can be stored on digital media such as Blu-ray Disc, on computer data storage or streamed over the Internet to end users who watch content on a desktop computer screen or a digital smart TV. In everyday practice, digital video content such as TV shows and movies also includes a digital audio soundtrack. Motion Graphics & Animations • Motion graphics are a type of animation. While motion graphics describes moving or animated graphic design, animation is an umbrella term for the whole field of moving imagery, including everything from cartoons to claymation. • Motion graphics focus on giving movement to graphic design elements, but tend to have less of a concrete storytelling aspect than other types of animation. Bumper Ads Bumper ads are short videos that let you reach more customers and increase awareness about your brand with brief, memorable messages. You can create bumper video campaigns in Google Ads using the “Video” campaign type. Bumper ads can both extend the reach of an existing campaign and complement broader messaging. CONTENT AND EDITORIAL BY HASHTAG INC In the era of smart technology and smarter buyers, what you say determines if you’re remembered or lost in the abyss of subpar messaging. We help you define your brand, develop content and tell you story. We create campaigns from the ground up that are designed to be shared and resonate in our connected culture. Keeping your goal in mind, we make sure your brand says the right things to get you there. BRAND STORYTELLING • Brand storytelling is gaining momentum in the marketing world, and with good reason. Stories are scientifically proven to get a person’s attention. • Brand storytelling is a powerful way to build lasting connections with your audience. Compelling stories engage consumers, elicit emotion and foster loyalty, forging a meaningful relationship that goes far beyond product and service. SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS • Social media is about conversations, community, connecting with the audience and building relationships. It is not just a broadcast channel or a sales and marketing tool. Authenticity, honesty and open dialogue are key. Social media not only allows you to hear what people say about you, but enables you to respond. CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT • Concept development is a process of developing ideas to solve specified design problems. The concepts are developed in phases, from formless idea to precise message in an appropriate form with supportive visuals and content. • Once you have done your research and understand exactly what you want to achieve and why, you are ready to start working on the actual design. Ideally, you are trying to develop a concept that provides solutions for the design problem, communicates effectively on multiple levels, is unique (different and exciting), and stands out from the materials produced by your client’s competitors. PRESS RELEASES • A press release is a tool made to announce something that is newsworthy in the most objective way possible . The whole purpose of a press release is to get coverage and get noticed by a target audience. • The whole idea behind the press release is communication. It can be written, recorded or even shown – the form doesn’t matter as long as it’s effective. Digital Marketing Digital Marketing is now a key business marketing tool as it forms part of everyday life for consumers across the global community. While social media allows you to create and build communities, they utilize various advertising venues to ensure the brands they work with are discoverable and accessible to every person Brands they work with • The Bleu Label They started working with The Bleu Label in October 2016. The Bleu Label wanted to share its love for all things denim. The words "simple, clean and subtle" were kept in mind as they showcased The Bleu Label's products on social media. They focused on how the brand speaks and behaves, assigning human characteristics and traits so as to achieve differentiation. they achieved it by keeping the tone friendly and fun. • The brief was to promote the unique aspects of the denim clothing and highlight the change in design the brand had taken. The approach taken on social media had a bold voice with a series of strong negating lines showcasing that The Bleu Label is #not like any other denim brand. • The #not collection saw an upturn in social media reach and conversions. Twisty • Twisty is all kinds of awesome and has a great range of fun, foldable furniture from stools to lamps to benches. The team behind the idea is young, filled with zeal, and passionate about making living exciting. • When Team Twisty approached them, they wanted to position the brand as a niche and classy brand that gets straight to the point. Two months into the launch, they noticed that while the brand was making progress, it lacked engagement on Social Media. • After re-evaluating the brand, the products it offers and, most of all, its target audience, they came to the conclusion that the brand needed to be fresh, sound young and include its audience in conversation. They reimagined the brand in friendly avatars, giving life to the furniture and creating stories around them through doodles and sketches. • Twisty around the world Twisty Around The World saw Twisty’s products imagined in different parts of the world and numerous people interacting with them. This campaign resonated with every person who loves travel and adventure, while also displaying the ease of carrying a Twisty with you which was more of a companion rather than furniture. Their interaction with other businesses How they work creatively CREATIVITY is one of the last remaining legal ways of gaining an unfair advantage over the competition- Edward mc_cabe THANK YOU
