Dear In Step’s CEO
It’s very good to greet you again. I hope you are very well.
I’m writing to you because I would like to let you know our opinion and suggestions about the
relocation of the company. I hope you find them useful.
We agreed that the relocation to Paris is a big opportunity, for both, the company and its
employees. Firstly, I would like to give you some suggestions. Since we understand the relocation
will boost our profits, we think that initially would be good to try to give some help and benefits to
the people who decide to support the relocation. For example, it’s very important to give them
time to solve some themes, like looking for a house or schools. On the other hand, we think it’s
very important to make them know which will be the economic benefits for them if they take this
big decision. It’s very important to show them that they’re very important because without them
nothing will be possible.
Taking these points into consideration I’m happy to say to you that almost all the staff agrees with
the relocation because it could be a very good opportunity to improve everybody’s life, go to a big
city will always open doors.
