Hostel Rules & Regulation:
1. I will pray 5 times Salah at any condition. (for Muslim students only)
2. I shall not indulge in any act of indiscipline, misbehaviour and maintain complete harmony with all other
inmates.
3. I will strictly follow the hostel instruction given by the management otherwise violating the instruction it may
lead me to termination from hostel (Exclusive for boys hostel student).
4. In case any problem arises while residing in the hostel then at first I will bring the matter to the notice of warden
or concern authority for resolving the problem.
5. I'll follow all the instructions given time-to-time by Hostel authority during my stay in hostel.
6. This undertaking abides me for my entire stay in the hostel.
7. I understand that the decision of the management in any of the above matters/issues will be binding on me and
shall fully respect the same.
8. I will not interchange the allotted room& will maintain them in good condition.
9. I will not leave the hostel premises without prior information to hostel authority.
10. I will strictly follow the Boys Hostel outing time as given by management.
11. I will attend all the classes regularly in time during lecture hours otherwise found irregular may lead to
cancellation of my hostel allotment.
12. I will not be bringing (two wheeler/Four wheeler) inside the hostel.
13. I will not wander in the terrace during day/night time.
14. I will maintain above 90% attendance in each and every subject throughout the academic session otherwise
heavy fine may imposed on me which I will bound to pay.
15. I will strictly follow the hostel check in time (evening) at any cost ,if icome late the management have full rights
to take any action against me.
16. I will not use gas stove or heater for cooking purpose inside the apartment at any time of my staying in hostel.
Found using then the management can take any necessary action against me.
17. I will take utmost care to switch off and close the electric appliances and water tap whenever not in use.
18. I will strictly maintain the hostel in-out register.
19. I will always prefer hostel mess to have my breakfast, lunch and dinner if I am really suffering from illness
checked by the warden then I may be permitted to have breakfast, lunch & dinner in the room otherwise I will
not bring prepared food in tray or plastic bag to my room or by frien d.
20. I will keep my apartment & hostel premises neat & clean.
21. I have studied all the “Rules and Regulations for Hostel Residents” and promise to abide by all the rules and
regulations enforced and to be enforced from time to time by Academy.
