NOTICE OF APPEAL AGAINST CONVICTION (SENTENCE)
TAKE NOTICE that the Appellant herein having been convicted of the
offence(s) of …..... and now a prisoner at ….. (place of incarceration) or now
living at (where appellant is not in custody) aggrieved by and dissatisfied
with the decision of the High Court do hereby appeal against my conviction
(sentence) on the grounds set out in paragraph 2.

GROUNDS OF APPEAL
(a) That the judgment cannot be supported having regard to the
evidence led at the trial.
(b) That the trial judge erred when he admitted the investigation
cautioned statement dated 2nd august 2019 in evidence as a
confession statement.
(c) That the trial judge erred when he ruled that the second
prosecution witness was a competent witness.
(d) That the trial judge breached the rules of natural justice in
arriving at his judgment.
(e) That the judgment has occasioned a substantial miscarriage of
justice.
