Work primarily on product integrity (part revisions due to compliance changes, mfg capabilities, service
issues, warranty claims, etc
Work on specials approval/engineering

Approve ETO requests
o Perform stability calculations
o Compliance adherence
Engineer special components
Design with CAD
Consult with mfg (cross plant), compliance, quality
Oversee Intern program
Intern on-boarding, training, questions
Delegate work to interns as they become prepared to assist in engineering duties
Many large projects: SHC product release (overtook WB model +25%), QPPC, Kroger home-delivery
platform, Dollar General PC
Strengths: hard working, attention to detail, design oriented
Weaknesses: Like to take charge when I should delegate, sometimes a bit of a perfectionist, hold
everyone to same standards I hold myself to
