COVIDSafe Principles for business
Every Victorian business that is open must have a COVIDSafe Plan
<http://www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/covidsafe-plan> .
Businesses should apply the Six principles of COVIDSafe workplaces
<http://www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/six-principles-covidsafe-workplaces> .
practice physical distancing, where possible
wear a face mask <http://www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/face-masks>
practise good hygiene
keep electronic records and act quickly
avoid interactions in enclosed spaces
create workforce bubbles.
Electronic record keeping
Many workplaces are required to use electronic record keeping (e.g. QR code
systems). These workplaces must use the free Victorian Government QR
Code Service <http://www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/about-victoriangovernment-qr-code-service> or a Victorian Government API (Application
Programming Interface) linked digital system
<http://www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/victorian-government-visitation-api> .
Electronic recording keeping is strongly recommended in all other
workplaces. Find out more information on the settings where electronic
record keeping <http://www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/general-business-faqsvictoria> is required and the Victorian Government API (Application
Programming Interface) <http://www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/victoriangovernment-visitation-api> .
