Maps are not using the template used in
CRMF. In addition, maps area labeled with
Forest land and A & D but does not show
definite boundaries of both and does not use
the standard color (Forest Land and A & D).
No legend is also show for the Forest Land and
A & D.
Grid Index Map does not show Grid label,
also please indicate brgy. Boundary and
indicate Google Earth Image to the layout.
Forest Cover Map is showing Brush/Shrubs,
Grassland, and Perennial Crop
Two maps are attached bearing the same
legend (Vision Map and Proposed Land Use
Map).
Geo-Hazard Map does not use the standard
color coding and it is observed that there are
two maps presented (Land-slid prone and
flood prone areas.
Land Cove Map does not indicate the source
year, also Map not using the Standard Color
Coding.
Maps (Slope and Land Cove Map) not using
standard color per available data.
Please use CRMF map template sent to you
and indicate legend for the Forest land and A
& D. Also, please show the definite boundary
of both Forest land and A & D and kindly use
the standard color code for the forestland light
green) and A & D (pink)
Please show Grid label in the Grid index map
and indicate brgy. Boundary.
Please incorporate Google Earth image to the
layout. Please refer to 2.5-2.7 procedures for
the base map preparation of FMB TB no. 20
As indicated in the title of the Map, Forest
Cover Map should only show Forest Cover
(Natural Forest and/or Plantation Forest)
present in the area.
Please take note that Vision Map/ Proposed
Land Use Map are the same.
Please use standard color base on MGB data
and also, please use only one map indicating
both land-slide and flood prone areas and if
possible, all geo-hazards occurring in the
community should be indicated in the maps.
Please indicate source year of the land cover
map and also use standard color coding.
Please use standard color on all maps.
In view thereof, this office is returning the said CRMF and FYWP including its supporting
documents, for your further actions and incorporate/consider the above observations and
recommendations and please be guided with Technical Bulletin No. 20, “Enhanced Guidelines in
the Preparation/Updating of the Community Resource Management Framework (CRMF) and Five
Year Work Plan for the CBFMA.”
