You will need to draw the following components for your food web:
Sun
6 different producers
4 different primary consumers
3 different secondary consumers
2 different tertiary consumers
1 decomposer
1. Create a food web using these organisms. Label each organism.
2. Include arrows in your food web. Include the sun, the source of energy, in your food web. Remember that
arrows represent the flow of energy from one organism to another and must be drawn in the right direction
of energy transfer.
3. In brackets under each organism, write its energy role (Producer, Primary, Secondary, Tertiary Consumer,
Decomposer). Or use a legend to color code each type of energy role (ex. all producers are labelled in
green)
