The value of the manifesto, "Peace. XXI century" All of humanity pinned their hopes on the 21st century as a new era of global cooperation. But today it may turn out to be a ghostly mirage. The world is once again in danger and its scale cannot be underestimated. And this threat is a global war! Earthly civilization has experienced, according to scientists, over 15 thousand wars, that is, 3 wars for each year. Hundreds of millions of people died in them, cities and countries were erased from the face of the Earth, cultures and civilizations were destroyed. Having entered the XXI century, people make amazing scientific discoveries, create new generation technologies. Humanity is entering a qualitatively new phase of its development. The world is on the verge of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Many terrible diseases are being successfully eradicated. But the virus of war continues to poison the international situation. It multiplies the potential of the military-industrial complex, which in a number of states has become the most powerful sector of the economy that generates death. The Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons is not fulfilling its purpose. Deadly weapons and technologies for their manufacture have spread throughout the world due to the double standards of major powers. Their falling into the hands of terrorists is a matter of time. The planet has already begun to balance on the newly honed edge of the Cold War, with disastrous consequences for all of humanity. Peace is still preserved thanks to the positive momentum of the previous four decades. In the second half of the 20th century, as a result of successful negotiations on nuclear security, the nuclear arsenals of the United States and Russia were significantly reduced. Five nuclear powers have declared and are adhering to a moratorium on testing atomic weapons. The threat of destroying the planet has been significantly reduced. The process of creating regional security systems has accelerated. On the principles of mutual trust, the Eurasian-Atlantic megastructure - the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe - was created. As a result of concerted action by the powers and multilateral UN peacekeeping operations, a number of conflicts and wars have been resolved. Now we are witnessing the erosion of all these achievements. The best minds of mankind of the 20th century prophetically warned people that in a future world war nuclear weapons will certainly be used, which will destroy all life on the planet. Our planet is unique, we do not have and will not have another such planet. Therefore, humanity needs a comprehensive PROGRAM "XXI CENTURY: A WORLD WITHOUT WAR". This global strategy should define the concerted and responsible actions of nations to eliminate the virus of war and conflict. There are three main principles that need to be clearly stated in this document. Firstly, in no modern war there will and cannot be winners, everyone will lose in it. Secondly, in a new war, the use of weapons of mass destruction - nuclear, chemical, biological and any other that can be invented on the basis of the achievements of science - will be inevitable. This will lead to the death of all mankind. And it will be too late and there is no one to find out who will be responsible for this. This potential danger must be understood as an axiom for both the current and all subsequent generations of national leaders and politicians. Thirdly, peaceful dialogue and constructive negotiations based on the principles of equal responsibility for peace and security, mutual respect, and non-interference in internal affairs should become the basis for the settlement of all disputes between states. On this comprehensive basis, it is necessary to build integral algorithms for the actions of the world community in the following areas.
