Start your journey by becoming a Microsoft Innovative Educator. MIEs use Microsoft
tools in the classroom and have learned the fundamentals of some of these tools.
This is the first step on a journey of joining a professional learning network of
enthusiastic educators who come together to learn, share, and grow.
Requirements:

Join the Microsoft Educator Center


Complete 2 hours of training
1) Hybrid Learning: A New Model for the Future of Learning Duration (1 hour)
2) Transform Learning with Microsoft Teams (1 hour)
3) Getting started with Office 365 and Windows (4 hours’ additional resources)
Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert
As you become skilled at integrating technology into the classroom, consider
submitting your self-nomination to join the MIE Expert program to work closely with
Microsoft and lead innovation in education.
Requirements:


Become a MIE by completing 2 hours of training on the Microsoft Educator
Center, or by redeeming an achievement code that a trainer has given you
Complete the self-nomination form between May 1 and July 15, including a 2min video or Sway that demonstrates how you integrate technology into
