Attending an Online Class is the same as attending off-line 2. Be on-time and report to the Lecturer if you are late 3. Show your on-line name as the same name in your registered name in your Student’s Number / NPM 4. During the class please keep ‘camera – turned on’ unless your lecturer told you not to 5. Inform your Lecturer if your internet connection does not support ‘camera-on’ with supporting document such as screen shot of your speed test results 6. Send excuse information if you have to do something else out of video conference, no need to leave the class Use ‘raise hand’ sign if you have question and do not forget to ‘un-mute’ when you speak Mention closing remarks i.e thank you or encourage further discussion if you have finished with your question Present yourself as ‘ready for the class’ with proper outfit and appearance Maintain proper eye-contact and concentration during the class Be an active learner, read the text-book, write notes softcopy and or harcopy to keep your focus to the class, do not just stay passive Use virtual background whenever needed If you are accidentally ‘out of the classroom’ and your lecturer do not accept your request to enter the classroom, please tell your Class Coordinator and or your classmate Recording are not allowed unless with the permission from your Lecturer Keep in-touch with your Lecturer and or inform your Academic Supervisor promptly if you have difficulties in your on line study
