1. First and foremost, we know that stealing was never been a good act. But for me, no, it is
not actually wrong for Heinz to steal the drug if it is the only way to save his wife’s life,
his reason is acceptable. Isn’t it more unacceptable if you let your wife die and do
nothing to help and save her?

2. Based on my opinion, Heinz doesn’t have the duty to steal the drug because it is not his
duty as a husband to cure his wife. It is the duty of the medical expert to cure someone
who is sick. On this situation the druggist has the one who has the obligation since he has
the medication on his hands.

3. No, if Heinz can steal because it is about its wife’s life, then it is a different situation with
the stranger, I think he shouldn’t steal the drug because there are much better ways how
to help the stranger. And knowing that stealing was against the law, why would he
choose to be put on jail over someone he hardly knows?

4. Yes, for me it is very important to do everything to save another’s life most especially if
those people are very close to you. It is not that you are obliged to do so, but because you
won’t feel the guilt and regret if something doesn’t went well because you know within
you that you did everything. And I believe that the worth of life is much more important
than anything in this world.
