The regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Voz Church was called to order at 7:00 PM on
April 7, 2021 at Voz Church by Pastor Robert Rocha, Jr..
I. Approval of Agenda
The agenda for the meeting was distributed and unanimously approved.
II. Review of Previous Minutes
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and unanimously approved.
III. Consideration of Open Issues
1. Discuss Budget For The Year 2020

We reviewed what the expenses as a whole have been for the church in 2020.
2. Letter Of Resignation From Board Member Abisai Espinales, Secretary
Pastor Robert
The Board of Directors were informed that, the secretary, Abisai Espinales was stepping
down from her current role.
3. New Board Member Was Elected
Pastor Robert
The Board of Directors, unanimously agreed, the approval of Rachel Rocha-Hernandez, as
the new Board Secretary.
