Meetings + Dates Completed for Individual Tasks
1st meeting on February 12: -Created a WhatsApp group - decided on an idea.
Our first team meeting and discussions took place in WhatsApp group chat. We decided to
use this apps to communicate and messaging information concerning our team project.
We discussed to divide our tasks concerning the Business Model Canvas (BMC). We then
suggested that we must watch the videos in canvas to further understand the concept of
the BMC. We distributed to each team members the following BMC by parts to work
individually on the concept.

On February 13 we shared the BMC templates and discussed some guidelines on how to go
through with it. And on February 14 we made an outline draft for the BMC and proposed a
business idea.
Overview:
We combined from the business idea of Leenet, Suresh & Ritchelle.
In addition, as Ritchelle suggested that a grill restaurant is not so common and might have
a good potential in the metropolitan area.

-We completed the team agreement
Team agreement
Together discussed and agreed team rules will be written down in the team agreement. The
agreement requires all team members to act in accordance with the agreed rules. The purpose of
the team agreement is to clarify and facilitate the teamwork during the project.

There is a possibility to upgrade the team agreement during the project, however, the updated rules
must be confirmed with the new signature of all members. The team agreement will be scanned and
saved in MS Project Online.
