This will be the first time that Malaysia has provided a good quality and freshness milk. Farm Fresh always wants to be the best for customers. Refer to the Chapter 4, customer capital is value of relationships that a firm builds with customers. Since they have the value of relationships with customers, they always hear the customer's opinion and get the customer feedback to enhance the product and increase the quality of milk. There are challenges in Farm Fresh which is competitive with other brands and uses the huge capital for importing the cows. Thus, no matter what type of business, there are probably experiencing the same challenges faced by businesses around the world. According to chapter 7, there are 10 step knowledge management road maps that will guide through strategizing, developing and implementing the KM to solve the problems in the Farm Fresh. Business strategy also is important for an organization to improve the demand of a product. By having a clear business strategy it can help the organization achieve the goals, increase the demand of product and improve the knowledge management in the firm.
