CONCLUSION
As a conclusion, knowledge is a very significant and powerful asset for each person, particularly
for large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises. With a good consistent knowledge
management framework, it also helps the organization reduce unnecessary faults and contribute
to improved results. Actually, for an organization, the greatest problem is development. We exist
in an era that is extremely disruptive and transactive. Each organisation reflects its good interest
at knowledge management in this competitive era. In the Chapter 2, Knowledge Acquisition
refers to knowledge which a firm can try to obtain from external sources. Such as, Farm Fresh
Sdn Bhd can be lead as extrenal source for the another brand company because in just 3-6 years
the Farm Fresh’s name seems to be well known as a great product, where it has delivered a good
freshness and quality milk. This will be the first time that Malaysia has provided a good quality
and freshness milk. Farm Fresh always wants to be the best for customers. Refer to the Chapter
4, customer capital is value of relationships that a firm builds with customers. Since they have
the value of relationships with customers, they always hear the customer's opinion and get the
customer feedback to enhance the product and increase the quality of milk. There are challenges
in Farm Fresh which is competitive with other brands and uses the huge capital for importing
the cows. Thus, no matter what type of business, there are probably experiencing the same
challenges faced by businesses around the world. According to chapter 7, there are 10 step
knowledge management road maps that will guide through strategizing, developing and
implementing the KM to solve the problems in the Farm Fresh. Business strategy also is
important for an organization to improve the demand of a product. By having a clear business
strategy it can help the organization achieve the goals, increase the demand of product and
