PROJECT ANALYSIS
Virtual Desk Solution
Challenge:
VA’s are focused with their daily tasks and deliverables in meeting the clientele’s
demand. As the company continues to embrace globalization, the demand to hire
more VA’s also increases. Currently, VA’s also facilitated the recruitment process
as part of their additional task. With the fact that they’ve focused on coping up
the client’s needs as their top priority, the hiring process may sometimes lead to
second priority which often resulted in unsuccessful hiring which in effect
delayed the projects and revenue loss.
