Examination and Analysis of Leadership Leadership and management occur in every aspect of life, either weak or strong. Leadership comes from the decisions we make and how we handle various problems and tasks. This article will outline my leadership style with my employees. As an owner of Bubble’s Sparkle, a residential and commercial cleaning services, I have to make many decisions from hiring to client concern resolution and all in between. When dealing with employees, I’m very passionate and understanding even when they commit a great mistake. For example, when I receive a client's complaint, I would resolve the issues first, and then have a meeting with my employee to discuss what went wrong and how to prevent that from happening again in the future. I would first ask the employee if she had any problems lately and discuss the positive things she does at work. After understanding her situation, I would bring up the issue and provide solutions to avoid it from happening again. This leadership style has created a positive corporate culture that our clients can see the big smiles in our Sparklers™ faces and how much they love their work. Sparklers™ would contact me first when they face any problems even personal ones because they know that I would understand them and provide my best. In our business, an understandable leader is vital for success. Without a leader, everything can go wrong, and goals will never be achieved. Furthermore, not any style of leadership can successfully manage our type of business. It is not easy to keep a smile on cleaners' faces during work, which is very important for the company’s representation. Labor is our key asset, that without it, the business will never exist. Passionate leaders that care about employees’ relations are the ones who can successfully manage and keep a positive culture.
