Section I:
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Master Tech Computer Repair Shop will provide computer and
technical consulting (repairs) to local small businesses as well as
home PC users. The company will focus on marketing,
responsiveness, quality, and creating and retaining customer
relations.
Master Tech Computer Repair Shop is formed as a sole
proprietorship. Master Tech Repair Shop will at first be a home
office start-up, utilizing one studio room in the owner's home and
serving customers in the local Cabadbaran City area. In the third
month of our plan, we will move into a leased office space and hires
second technician. As sales increase, we will hire additional
personnel.
Start-up Financial Plan
To get PC Repair started the owner is providing cash and assets.
Our conservative sales forecasts, based on industry research within
the local area, project hefty sales in year one, steadily increasing
through year three. To reach these goals, we will use an aggressive
advertising campaign to exploit our competitors' weaknesses. With
good cost control, we will see a modest, yet comfortable, net profit
the first year, even after moving into a leased space and hiring
additional technicians.
Objectives
1. To provide the best service available to the community at an affordable
price.
2. To generate substantial market share so that Master Tech Repair Shop is
a common name.
3. Constant growth in sales from start up through year three.
4. To generate customer satisfaction so that at least 40% of our customer
base is repeat business.

Master Tech is a Computer Repair Shop in which it fixes
computer problems. Cabadbaran City is a newly urbanized city.
There’s not much building and big companies yet specifically
Computer Repair Shop that is why we aim to build a Computer
Repair Shop Business. For many years, technology evolve such as
computer which is the fundamental tools for human and it is very in
demand nowadays.
Existing Competition
There are few shops that offer Computer Repair and other services.
Master Tech Computer Repair Shop targeting those home PC
owner and small business clients. Our business offer house to house
service that can make us unique from other competitor. Aside from
that, we also offer 20% discount for the first three months to every
services that our business offered.

small business clients in Cabadbaran City and its neighboring
municipalities.

Computer Repair Shop business is in need with the innovation of
technology in today’s generation. Master Tech Repair Shop offers and
tends to fill the need of every PC owners and small time business
clients.

Customer chooses computer repair based on reputation, previous
experience and price. Right now in Cabadbaran City there is a main
competitor for computer repair and services business in the area.

Competitor A
They are well established provider for computer upgrades and other
services. In line with that they also sale different kinds of computer
parts. However, they do not offer house to house consultation which is
we think our upper hand in the business.

Barriers to Entry
We considered the consumers attachment to existing competitors as
our barrier entry. We know that not all customers well trust us right
away but we will show that our business can be trusted because of our
guaranteed services.

It will give customers a great satisfaction and we guarantee that our
services are trustworthy to satisfy the needs of our customers. We also offer
house to house services where in our technician will be the one to visit their
house and consult the problems and to attend to the customers need.
Our pricing strategy would be based on how damaged customers PC’s or
Computer. The pricing minimum for every services start at ₱300.00. At the
first three months of our start-up of our business we will offer a 20%
discount to every services that Master Tech Computer Repair Shop offered.
We will utilize social media platforms and referrals to accept and generate
future customers. We will let choose either they avail with our house to
house services or they will personally meet and come to our5 shop.
To advertise our services we will use the means of social media such as
creating a facebook page and we will be sending out flyers to attract
customers. As stated we will be having a 20% discount in the first three
months of our business. And that’s what we think is our upper hand with the
other competitors.
Approximately the budget for our advertising would not cost high. We will
be sure to use any means of advertising for customer to visit us.

rushed.
For example, a consumer wants an immediate service we will
accommodate them by checking first the problem and identify the
damage if it is repairable or not.

Staffing
Our employee salary depends on their capacity and relevance with the
work that time. The minimum salary per repaired unit range between
300- 500 pesos.
Our staff’s minimum qualification is NC II holder or any courses related
to Computer.
