She appears to have a nail in her forehead. _________________________________________________________________________ Observations: ______________________________________________________________________________ I hear her describing the pain and the pressure that she is feeling and it feels like it is right up on her. She is rolling her eyes, and moving her hands alot while she is talking. ______________________________________________________________________________ She is breathing heavy while explain to the counselor. Once the counselor points out to her ______________________________________________________________________________ that she has a nail in her head, she response to him and says that it is not about the nail. ______________________________________________________________________________ I also noticed that she told the counselor to "stop trying to fix it".
