Carpets Installation
A standard Carpet Tennis court is consist of 8 rolls carpets,each roll size 4.8 meters
wide by 18.8 meters long.
While installing,Clients just need follow the marks we made on each roll carpets,and
step by step below:
1:
Stitch method installation :
Step 1: Lay down(unroll) the 1st roll carpet on the cement floor and adjust
location,use air nailer or other tools fix one end of this carpet,then stretch the carpet
to ensure fully expanded and flat,finally, fix outer edge or adopt other temporary
fixation
Step 2:According to our marks on the carpet,Lay down the 2nd rolls on the first rolls
and make edges aligned,then stitch two layer carpets according to marks on carpets.
Step 3: Unfold the top layer carpet and repeat Step 2.
This method apply to fixed location,not often roll up
1：打开第一卷地毯，平铺在地面上，调整好位置，先用气钉枪或者其他工具固
定一端（顶端或者底端），然后拉伸地毯，使之完全抻平平整，然后再固定外边；
2：根据地毯上的标记，将第二卷打开，置于第一卷上面，边缘完全对齐，根据
地毯上的缝合标记缝合即可。
缝合后，展开第二卷，将第三卷置于第二卷之上，重复第二步骤。
这种方法适用于不经常收起的情况下

Air nailer fixation installation
Step 1:Lay down(unroll) the 1st roll carpet from left or right on the chosen location
and use air nailer or other tools fix one end of this carpet,then stretch the carpet to
ensure fully expanded and flat,finally,fix the outer edge or adopt other temporary
fixation method.
Step 2:Lay down(unroll) the 2nd roll carpet next to the 1st roll and make edges join
together(no gap),then use air nailer make fixation
Step 3: Repeat Step 2
This method apply to temporary site and easy roll up and transport

定一端（顶端或者底端），然后拉伸地毯，使之完全抻平平整，然后再固定外边；
2:根据标记，打开第二卷，紧挨着第一卷展开，边缘对齐，使用气钉枪或者其他
工具，固定顶端和边缘
3：重复第二步骤
这种方法适用于经常收卷的情况下，更便于收起以及运输
Notice:
Before fixation,unroll the carpet and flat them,then leave them alone on the ground
for 10 minutes to ensure fully expanded,sometimes need external force to stretch
the carpets before both ends fixation
在固定前，打开地毯后，稍作平整，静置 10 分钟，确保完全伸开，有时需要加
外力拉直抻平。
