1. In response to the mandated conduct of School Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment
(SMEA) for the first quarter of the calendar year 2021, please be informed of the conduct of
the 1st quarter SMEA on April 6, 2021, in SANHS Classroom at 8:00 in the morning.
2. Participants to this activity are the SNHS teachers and Stakeholders
3. The following activity shall be undertaken;
a. Target Setting (TIAP)
b. ICT/School Dashboard -ICT Coordinator
c. Learning Resource – LR Coordinator
d. Social Mobilization – DPDS Coordinator
e. DRRM – DRRM coordinator
f. GAD – GAD Coordinator
g. NDEP – NDEP Coordinator
h. Office of the School Head -Updates
i. Status of Accomplishments (School Heads Target Vs Accomplishments)
4. Incidental expenses relative to the conduct of this activity shall be charged against local funds
subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
