MEMBERSHIP

One must be a Kenyan citizen of sound mind.

One must be 18 years and above.

None political/tribal group.

Must Register by paying 100/= which is non-refundable.

Monthly contribution of 100/= and 100/= for welfare, payment to be made by 10th of each month
failure of which will attract a fine of 50/=.

Failure to pay three months in arrow will be disqualified.

Member to meet once a month after the third service.

To be a member of group, one must be a member of the Member Union.
OFFICE BEARERS
The office shall consist of the following officials;

The Chairlady

Vice-Chairlady

Secretary

Vice-Secretary

Treasurer
DUTIES OF THE OFFICE BEARERS
The Chairlady: Will chair all the meetings and coordinate the activities of the group
Vice- Chairlady: Shall assume the duties of the Chairlady in her absence.
Shall work together with the chairlady
Secretary: Shall take the minutes of the meeting
Shall keep all group’s Minute Records.
Vice-Secretary: Shall assume the duties of the secretary in her absence.
Shall work together with the secretary.
Treasurer: Shall collect members’ contributions
Shall keep the Financial Records
Shall undertake the banking of the money
Shall present the banking statements to member whenever called upon.
ELECTIONS

Election of new office bearer shall be held after every two years depending on the decisions of the
members if need be.

During the AGM, the Chairlady and the Treasurer shall present their report to the members on the
activities undertaken in the course of the year under review

Special meetings shall be called whenever there is a special issue to be addressed.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Communication shall be either in English or Kiswahili

Every member’s opinion should be respected irrespective of who or what the person is.

All members shall be required to sign a Next of Kin form/ card
AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION
Amendment of the constitution shall come to effect upon agreement by majority of members on valid
issues that need to be reviewed.
DISSOLUTION
Members shall agree on the best way to dissolve the if a time comes when it is no longer sustainable.
