INTRODUCTION
OUR BACKGROUND
We are a digital creative agency based in Shah Alam,
that approach each project with the same curiosity we
had when we were kids, just a bit more experience,
method and precision.
Brand Chapter Agency was founded in 2012 by Syafrizal
Sharif. While other companies have diversified and most
often expired, Brand Chapter is still here doing what it
does best: Providing clients with well designed,
reasonably priced, bespoke, functional websites.
Our service listing is comprehensive and includes
branding, strategy, digital, design, print and web
services.
We have created new identities for startup businesses,
company and product brands for large businesses and,
have revitalised existing brands that needed a refresh.
Being a relatively small creative & technology agency,
we are contactable, approachable and most

Prior to Brand Chapter Agency, Syaf held several
corporate communications position for several
companies including Nextnation Communication, Ada
Vista and Fonterra Brands Malaysia.
Professionally, Syaf has been developing websites since
2004. Now he manages a team of 2 developers and a
designer.

His contribution to the industry as a panelist for the
development of 2012 National Occupational Skills
Standard in Web Development was recognized by
Department of Skills Development Malaysia & MDeC and
Syaf was awarded with Advanced Diploma Skills
Malaysia (DLKM) Level 5 through accreditation of prior
achievement.
In 2017, Syaf was invited as a speaker for a WordCamp
Kuala Lumpur.
