Recommendation As the student responsible for the research of this SBA one (1) was required to put forward a few recommendation solutions to the growing issue of unemployment so my solution to unemployment are: 1. One (1) think that workers should come together and create a union to fight again Unemployed, so much that they have the authority to have attachment with higher authority based on the issue (unemployment), so that there could be possible solution to the problem. 2. The leader at my community (toushao) should make the community be known on a more wider scale, that more bigger company and other should be aware at the small scale existence of my community so could create more employment for unprofessional level, for person who have education and for those who don’t. Implementation strategy One way of going about implementing these strategies is going through the one and only leader of the community the toushao, now there can be many leader in the community of specific are, but at the end of the day there is only one leader and that’s the toushao. Now the toushao should be the one fighting the unemployment issue with the help of His or her residents, he/she should be the one on the front line to make sure the her resident get the best treatment because without a job employment and money pretty will strike
