Good afternoon I am requesting a hearing before the fourth at
your next meeting where you may be able to hopefully decide on
my application for a facial specialist license plate
endorsement as I am currently licensed in the state of
Connecticut, but have a problem producing education records
since the school closed over 20 years ago and the records are
no longer maintained by the state so I request a hearing to
plead my case
