1) We need Inventory/Stock control system-Which will be:  Accurate. (Minimize errors)
 User friendly
 Will be able to produce Daily/Weekly/Monthly/ reports.
2) We have a platform where we will be getting the relevant information in time e.g. Goods
cleared, Goods that needs to be dispatched urgently.
3) For us to be able to take physical stock quarterly, we should have fixed dates e.g. The first
working day after every three months. And the management should be in frontline to
support it.
4) We have tool or a machine that will help us to make work easier.e. g small cart, Handheld
tape dispenser.
5) Estec branded cello tape. For Security purposes
6) We have dedicated items or equipments for demo. Some of these equipment have so many
accessories and when mishandled some items are found missing during installation.
7) The management when preparing duty rooster for cleaners to include both stores (up and
down stores)
8) Management should also motivate stores personnel just like other departments e.g. Our
renumeration should be reviewed, and management should take stores department
seriously just like the other departments. What I earn does not reflect what I do and the
many years I have been here.
