Secrets about quitting Smoking
This book is not a textbook on medicine. All
recommendations must be approved by your doctor.

In this article, I will try to describe my personal experience of quitting
Smoking. I myself am a former smoker with almost 28 years of experience. I
smoked 1.5 packs of cigarettes a day. I repeat, I will describe my personal
experience. Now I don't smoke for one year and eight months.
The fact is that I have not been helped by any method that I have described
or heard from other people. I threw it repeatedly, but ... repeatedly and lit it back
up. In the process of throwing, I found several rules that are suitable for this. And
proved to be more applicable than anything else.

harmful. I don't think that's quite true. I have repeatedly heard from people with
medical education that 6 cigarettes a day even bring benefits. It seems that even

day after lunch. Unfortunately, we all know that if you smoke for a long time, you
will never stop at 6 cigarettes. What do cigarettes give us? For me, they combined

I didn't throw my cigarettes out of the house. Somewhere 1.5 months at
home near the ashtray lay an open pack of cigarettes and a lighter on it. That is,
there were no external factors left, everything was inside me. Only after 1.5
months I threw away my cigarettes.
Now, here's an interesting secret I've discovered. There are three of them.
Remember the lunar calendar for planting plants? On the Internet, I found
information that every person has, as well as plants in that calendar, their own
specific day, in which it is easy to do something with a good result. Further,
searching the Internet, I found only the phone numbers and email addresses of
specialists who will calculate them for you for a certain monetary reward, since
each person has different ones. Yeah, right. I discarded this information, as it
strongly resembled deception for money. After some time, I found out that there
are several such days for different types of initiatives in the year. You can quit
Smoking at random on any day in the hope that you hit the "right" one. How do I
determine that You are really on this day?? Very simply. The first 2-3 days You
will not suffer without cigarettes. I mean, don't smoke, ALL right. Please note that
this will only be possible for the first 2-3 days. But this is a lot. During these days,
I almost always started Smoking again. If You are still strongly drawn to smoke
almost immediately and the desire is strong, then do not blame yourself for a weak
character. In fact, only one out of every thousand quitters quit Smoking and then
remain non-smokers for a long period of time. It is VERY difficult for a long-term
smoker to quit Smoking. Start Smoking again. After 1.5-2 weeks on any day, try

again. Even if not immediately, but You will still get to such a day. Now it's just a
matter of time. This is the first victory.
Second secret. Without cigarettes, you feel very bad physically. I started
talking like a drunk even sitting on the bed. Nicotine, it turns out, over the years of
Smoking takes over the function of delivering oxygen to the brain. Oxygen
starvation occurs. I really wanted to call an ambulance. I was pretty scared. I went
to the doctor and he advised me to drink «Mexidol» tablets. After 3-4 days of
taking it, my health returned to normal and I immediately stopped taking these
pills. My advice is to CONSULT a DOCTOR ABOUT DIZZINESS when
QUITTING SMOKING. Just don't take the medication yourself. Suddenly you
have other causes of vertigo (exacerbation of any chronic disease, etc.).
Then You will begin to return to normal life. However, now you must
avoid Smoking for six months. And so on until the tobacco smoke does not
become disgusting to You or just you do not begin to perceive it indifferently. This
will protect you from breakdowns.
Now about the unpleasant. You need something to replace your cigarettes
with. Most likely it will be food. Sweets are just great. The weight begins to
increase. This is the case for the vast majority. If someone tells You about some
way to quit Smoking without further weight gain, then they are, to put it
mildly,"joking". This will continue for about 2 months. Then you will regain
control over the amount of food you take. The extra pounds will be removed later.
My advice is to start fighting for a slim figure NO EARLIER than in 8-9 months.

You will be constantly stressed because of quitting Smoking. Plus the
everyday troubles of life. Remember this and do not spoil the life of others. And

month, my way to get myself in order is a feast. A bottle, maybe one and a half for
two, of cognac or vodka for a good snack.
But the problem now is that You quit Smoking, and alcohol has always led
me personally to a breakdown with throwing cigarettes. So that's the secret –
cigarettes and alcohol ARE NOT RELATED. That is, somewhere in 5 months,
when You will already be a little confident, you can afford alcohol. If you are
drawn to cigarettes, at least to try to make one puff, then be sure that You will
break down and the reason for the breakdown is only Your brain, and not the body
that has almost recovered from cigarettes. Now you can drink and smoke at the
same time. Separate these completely different things in your head. YES, it's
TRUE. ALCOHOL AND CIGARETTES ARE NOT RELATED THINGS.
What else? Put an app on your phone that counts the days without
cigarettes and the increasing benefits to Your body for every moment since you
quit. This is very stimulating.
Find a forum for quitting Smoking on the Internet and read messages there.
You will be sure That your symptoms are the same as those of many people. And
you will be able to support others and get support in a difficult moment.
In a year, even if you start smoking again, you will have self-confidence
and knowledge of how to do it.
Now I don't smoke for one year and eight months. I don't know if I'll smoke
any more. But I know that this system that You just read about works. And I know
that You will be free to quit Smoking.
