Use-Case Specification: Request course substitution.

Brief Description

Students can apply for graduation through the home page of the advising system.
2.
Flow of Events

Basic Flow






The student clicks on “Apply for Graduation”.
The student is prompted to enter their current mailing address, their phonetic
name, and height in inches.
They are then prompted to choose the term they are graduating in, and the degree
they are to receive.
The student submits the application.
The student receives an e-mail confirmation that the application has been
submitted and is under review.
The registrar either accepts or rejects the application, and an email informing the
student of the judgement is sent.

Broadband internet access (512 Kbp/s or higher)
Preconditions


The student is eligible for graduation.
Postconditions


Inform the student that their application has been accepted or rejected.
