1. What do you notice with your answers?
 My Important role in our family, is to love them all, take care and to
help my parents in daily house chores. To the community, My role is
to serve and be a responsible citizen and follow the rules and
regulations that we have.
2. How did you handle the changes in yourself?
 Accept, To handle changes in your life, you need to accept what is
beyond your control and focus on your own internal transition to the
new reality.
3. How would you take the future changes in yourself?
 I can take the future changes in my self by looking forward to it but,
for me if you want to change your future you better do it now in
Present because when you do it now, you can bring it to you future.

1. You were tasked to assisst your

practice self –discipline through:
(1) following all rules and regulations
(2) Love yourself, don’t pay attention to what other people ar edoing
and focus more on you.
