TERMS OF USE Part 1: General description of the portal The Valida pension portal offers a wide range of online information and services for all beneficiaries of Valida Pension AG and Valida Plus AG. Registration is voluntary, you can unsubscribe at any time. When registering and defining the password for the Valida pension portal, data is compared between the two companies (Valida Pension AG and Valida Plus AG). The information from the pension fund and the provident fund will only be presented jointly with your express consent. Your data will only be uploaded and used to the extent that it is required to display the relevant information in the Valida pension portal. The data for contract fulfillment and administration are kept in separate systems of the pension fund and the pension fund. Authorized persons who have a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) with an Android or iOS operating system can download an app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store onto their smartphone or tablet (“Valida-App "). Part 2: Data protection and declaration of consent under data protection law Personal data are collected and processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the Austrian Data Protection Act ("DSG"). Valida Pension AG and Valida Plus AG operate this portal as jointly responsible, among other things, for the purpose of enabling and processing the services offered, the electronic provision of documents in the course of the management of the pension fund commitment and the company employee and self-employed pensions. In order for you to be able to use the Valida pension portal, it is necessary for Valida Pension AG and Valida Plus AG to collect and process the following personal data from you, in addition to the data required for the management of the pension fund commitment and company employee and self-employed pensions: Customer number Access code E-mail address Username and password Activation status IP address Further information on data protection can also be found at: www.valida.at/datenschutz Part 3: Sending personal and general messages by e-mail Are there any personal messages (such as your annual benefit / pension information, your account information, etc.) or general messages related to your entitlements / benefits (such as your quarterly assessment report, legal changes, etc.) for you in the portal, you will be informed automatically by email. With your consent, you will receive a notification to your specified e-mail address when new personal or general messages are available for you in the portal. You can revoke the receipt of this notification for general messages at any time (directly on the portal under "Profile and Settings" -> Settings). If the transmission of personal messages is revoked, no further use of the portal can take place. Of course, you still have the option of using our services outside of the portal. Part 4: General information: The information provided in the Valida pension portal was created with the greatest possible care. However, it is pointed out that they do not constitute a legal recommendation or advice. Valida Pension AG and Valida Plus AG accept no liability. Part 5a: Special conditions of use of Valida Pension AG [for beneficiaries of Valida Pension AG] Transfer of existing users For already registered users of the pension fund portal of Valida Pension AG, consent to the conditions of use is required. Your current password remains valid. Information obligations In the Valida pension portal, users can find information on benefits and pensions from Valida Pension AG, which must be made available to them annually. If you do not use the portal or withdraw your declaration of consent, you must expressly request that this information be sent by post from Valida Pension AG. Part 5b: Special terms of use of Valida Plus AG [for beneficiaries of Valida Plus AG] Transfer of existing users For already registered users of the online portal of Valida Plus AG, the creation of a new password and consent to the terms of use are required. Registration on the new Valida pension portal automatically deactivates access to the Valida Plus AG online portal that was previously in use. Information obligations By using the Valida pension portal, you also declare that you agree not to receive your Valida Plus AG account information by post until further notice. Part 6: Consent to terms of use and data protection The registration for the Valida pension portal and the consent to the points below is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future by sending an email to office@valida.at . Please note that if you withdraw your consent, our services on the Valida pension portal will no longer be available to you.
