We certify that the above named person worked with us for a period of two years in our
Technical and Projects Department as an IT Manager.
During this period, his services were found to be satisfactory and his responsibilities were:
 Engage, interact and build relationships with clients through the CRM software.
 Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
 Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. This includes taking staff or
clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set
up systems or resolve issues.
 Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or
software faults. This includes replacing hardware parts and supports the roll-out of
new applications.
 Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
 Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
 Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if
appropriate) while adhering to the company’s policy on turnaround time (TAT).
 Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other
professionals, such as software developers.
 Test and evaluate new technology liaising with the line manager and other user
departments.
 Conduct routine electrical safety checks on computer equipment and other devices.
 Maintain an inventory of all computer and media equipment, manage used
equipment sales and maintain a bookable system for electrical equipment.
 Maintain and support voice and data services including video conferencing, voip,
outlook/blackberry integration et al
 Training staff in the company on use of various computer devices, software and new
technology.
He has excellent Reporting and Technical skills which enabled him to carry out his
responsibilities with ease. He is also diligent, self-motivated individual who related well with
our esteemed customers, from whom we received nil complaints about his service delivery.
