I am a Good Leader in the community! I believe everyone wishes to be a good leader in
the community and be better each day as we learn new things!
A community without a good leader is like a community with no purpose.
Community means a group of people with the same interest under the same
government. Having a good leader in our community requires a sense of being a
servant, willingness to take care of the people he or she leads, listen to the suggestions
of the people, keeping ties to be part of the people, and being concern for them. A
community of people should maintain strong relationship, communicate consistently,
and be committed to take an action to do activities concerning the community. It is the
inner will that makes one to be an aspiring leader in the community.
I can say that I can become a good leader in the community for I deeply care for
others. It is not that because I do not have any resources I own I cannot help others, but
it is about changing the community I am part of through being an active member first
and from that point, I can become a leader. I believe I can become a good leader if I
start from below and be a member first to know the true meaning of being a follower and
become a role leader. I believe I can lead the community because of the gift that God
has given me which is to look on the people who needs help the most and have a kind
heart to help them. A good leader takes care of his people first before anything else that
are not worthy.
Anyone wishes to be a good leader in the community and wishes to be better
than the past leaders. We had leaders in our community in the past even in this present
time that has bad intentions different from the promises that they said to us. That is why
more people wanted to change that perception and they want to become a leader to
eradicate those leaders who do not care for his or her people. Those who want to
become a leader want to be better each day as they learn new things which are good
for the people. If they will become a good leader in the community, the community they
lead will be better in the future.
Every one of us has the power and right to become a good leader in our
community. I believe we can be a good leader in our community if our purpose is to
create a harmonious relationship with the people through providing their needs. Conflict
may arise but as a good leader in the community, the solution is to listen and
understand each other’s point of view. We should become more open to the people and
be committed to developing the community. Therefore, one can say that he or she is a
good leader if they manifest those kinds of traits and I believe I am one of them.
