LUBO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
LIPATAN INTEGRATED SCHOOL
FEBRUARY 8-12, 2021
As Dylan William once said, “Every teacher
needs to improve, not because they are not
good enough, but because they can even be
better. INSET makes teachers be professionally
empowered to really make a difference in the
lives of their students. It helps teachers to be
battle-ready especially on the updated and
modernized way of teaching. it is even more
imperative now due to the pandemic that has
beset not only education but all aspects of life.
INTRODUCTION
In accordance to DepEd implementation
of InService Training, Lubo National Hgh School
and Lipatan Integrated School held their own
school-based seminar to facilitate professional
empowerment for teachers with the theme:
PROJECT MISS: Making Instructions Striking
and Substantial. the Professional development
started on February 8 and ended on February
12, 2021. With the support of the Public Schools
District Supervisor, Mr. Lauro A. Daquioag Sr.,
PhD, and with the support of the two school
heads, Mr. Marvin r. Romias PhD and Mrs.
Genalyn Oarde PhD, both schools successfully
finished the event.
As molders of the youth, it is an obligation
for teachers to continually advance their
understanding of the pedagogy of education,
cope with the modern world and be
strengthened on their weakest points.
Every teacher needs to improve, not because they are not good

Day 1
LNHS,LIS Started 5-Day
In-Service Training 2021

The 5-day training commenced on the 8th
day of February, 2021. The opening program
started with the singing of the Philippine
National anthem led by Mrs. Elizabeth
Bonifacio, followed by a prayer, led by Mrs.
Odalyn Villon. A thought for the day was also
given by Mrs. Rosalie Tumamao and the
presentation of the participants of the InService Training was made by Mrs. Shiella E..
Pagallaman. The participants then enjoyed a
Zumba dance led by Mrs. Myrose s. Corpuz.
Mr. Marvin R. Romias PhD, Head Teaher
I/Teacher-in-Charge, Lubo National High
School, started the program by addressing the
crowd in his welcoming remarks. He
aknowledge each participant especially the
delegates who came from Lipatan Integrated
School. He emphasized the importance of
having In-Service Trainings. He then
encouraged each participant to take the
training seriously and to treat it as an
opportunity to be professionally equipped
especially on this pandemic times. He ended
his welcoming message on emphasis of
intensifying the camaraderie to all
participants.
After he delivered his welcoming
remarks he then presented the different
objectives anticipated to be covered in the 5day training. He asked each group to make a
name for them and he further asked each
group to present their groups with a yell.
The groups came up with the following
names :Blue Bombers, Meme Chers, Goal
Diggers, Mariposa, Leo and Purplelific.
LNHS and LIS teachers enthusiastically participate in
the Zumba dance.
