1. In fulfillment process if not enough finished goods a STO has to be made
2. The production process checks the TO, if there is not enough materials a planned order
is made
3. If not enough raw materials for production the procurement process is needed
externally.
4. The procurement process would issue a PO
5. Once the materials have been procured the production process can continue with a
goods issue and confirmation.
6. When product has finished being produced the requirement for the STO has been met.
Transfer requirement triggers the WM process.

8. Once finished goods are in WM the fulfillment process can continue with a delivery doc.
9. A TO is created in the WM.

11. The STO connects the Fulfillment process with IM.

14. If enough raw materials, the goods issue would start the production process.
