What does BREAKTHROUGH mean to you? Breakthrough: It’s when you achieve something that you once had believed wasn’t possible. How do we reach BREAKTHROUGH? Go for the tipping point. In the beginning, your efforts are going to outweigh your results. Then there will be a tipping point. When you reach that tipping point, your results will begin to outweigh your efforts. The first step in reaching for the tipping point is building up our belief that we can do it. Every time you say you’re going to do something and don’t, you lose more belief in yourself. You lose dignity. And when you dignity tank is empty, its hard to get going again. Your words have to be more powerful than your excuses. We have to achieve self integrity. You have integrity with others, but do you have integrity with yourself? In order for breakthrough to happen, you need to keep your PROMISES with yourself. One kept promise after another will build PROMISE MOMENTUM. PROMISE MOMENTUM will fill up your dignity tank. What is your first promise to yourself? Failure isn't possible unless QUIT. When you give effort towards something you either get RESULTS or you get a LESSON. If you get a LESSON, stack it the LESSONS until you get RESULTS. If you quit, and switch to something else, you just lost all of those LESSONS to reach the results you're looking for. You are 100% Responsible. No more excuses, blaming, or justifying. Here is how we are going to achieve this… • You are going to have a clear plan • This plan is going to be according to your strengths. You are going to believe in the plan. • Then you are going to stay consistent with your plan. What is a clear plan? Imagine you want to cross a river. You have enough lumber to build a bridge. Would you build one bridge, or would you build two half built bridges? You would focus and you would build one bridge. That is a clear plan. We want to SIMPLIFY and AMPLIFY your business. Do LESS of things that distract you and MORE of the things that work. If you struggle with any of the above and then this means you have an identity problem. You are too concerned about what people think of you. This is going to be a huge issue, and we need to address it now. How do I get their name and address? • Just ask - private message, text, email - “can I get your address?” • If they are home owner - Look up on the city assessors page. Ways to Build Your Database (SOI) Who would come to your wedding? Realize what you already have - Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram Keep track of everyone you meet - Look in your calendar of recent meetings Think of previous jobs - coworkers, customers Think of groups you belong to - church groups, clubs, meetups, Think of your favorite service providers - barista, hair, nails, Think of people you see every day. CRM vs. Google Spreadsheet Please keep it simple. Start with a spreadsheet. Load to CRM later. Just need Name & Address at this point. Action Plan: Build a database of 100 People
