The Claimants shall pay the Defendants’ costs of and occasioned by the Applications and Action as set out below, to be subject to detailed assessment on the standard basis if not agreed: a. 90% of the Defendants’ costs of and occasioned by the Applications; and b. Subject to paragraph 1(a) above, the Defendants’ costs of and occasioned by the Action; 2. The Claimants shall make an interim payment of £90,000 on account of costs by 5pm on 4 February 2020. 3.
