• The subjective paper is divided into two sections Writing (10 Marks) and
Literature (30 Marks).
• All the questions are compulsory.
Section A (Writing)
Q1. Write a letter in about 120 words to the Editor of a national daily highlighting the
craze for latest gadgets among young people.
5 Marks
In your letter you should say
• how young people are crazy about latest gadgets and gizmos
• what some of the reasons of this craze are
• how it affects young people and their families.
OR
One of the many areas in which Help On The Way Union is actively engaged, is
providing supplies and medication to the needy during this hour of COVID 19. Write
a letter to the President of the Union, Mr. Amardeep Singh, in not more than 120
words enquiring about the possibility of the association to reach to the slum area at
the back of your society.
In your letter you should
• appreciate the noble work the union is engaged in
• describe the details of the problems faced by those people in the slum area like
exposure, no livelihood etc.
• ask the union to seek financial help from your society members if needed.
