This service manual is appJJed
for HFl00 and HF100H x-ray unit.
HF100H is human use version. But there are mechanicaiand electric parts which are not
exchangeable. So,replacementon repair should be donecarefuliy.

unusual situation has beenoccurred. Therefore,turn offPOWER SWITCH, wait 3 minutes,
then start proceduresover again.
X This unit generatesx-ray by an inverter. Therefore,it requires warm up time to be stable after
power on and eachexposure.
When WARM IIP indicator is ofl warm up is finished.
