No fresh recruitment will be made and the staff
required for all the training Centres will be adjusted
from existing strength of the department. The staff
will be posted by the authority and trained

Monitoring and Evaluation Plan

Certified that the project proposal has been prepared on the basis of instructions provided by the Planning
Commission for the preparation of PC-I for Production Sector projects.
Progress reports will be collected from the all the
institutes regarding achievement of objectives on
monthly basis. The execution authority will visit
the institutes on regular basis to monitor the
progress of project and consolidated report will be
submitted to the concerned quarter.
