apartment.
7.5 Mr. Chairman informed that there is no professional misconduct in this matter and it is his
private arrangement and if he wants he can go to court we are not linked to this matter.
Virus in server of PCATP
7.6 Registrar informed that she got the quotation of 137000 for server, system and licensed
software.
7.7 Mr. Chairman suggested that the data of PCATP is really sensitive and we needs to keep it
secure through licensed software and survey with new hard disks and the amount is appropriate.
All the members agreed.
7.8 Plnr Rizwan suggested that we need to dedicate a separate resource for IT. Mr. Chairman
informed that advertisement was published for IT person in Islamabad, interviews were conducted
but no one was up to the mark. The chairman suggested all the members if they have any
appropriate candidate they can recommend.
Registration with PCATP of Salem Bukhari 78 years old.
7.9 Registrar informed the members about the application of registration of Saleem Bukhari who
is graduated from London. All the members agreed that he should be registered and would appear
in ACE later.
7.10 Registrar informed the members that EGM will be held on 7th November 2020.
7.11 Mr. Chairman further asked the members that if they have any suggesting for the 3 documents
discussed in the meeting can forward the proposals by Monday, 19th, October, 2020.
Mr. Chairman concluded the meeting by thanking all the participants and advising them to stay
