POWDER COATING BENEFITS 粉末涂料
Powder coating is a coating system with 100% solid content like
comprising resin,additives,pigments/fillers and other sold materials.It
was produced in four processes:pre-missing,extrusion,pelleting and
pulverization. The whole process is solely a physical production
process without any solvents.It is environmental , low energy
consumption and high recovery rate. They are stable in storage at
room temperature, sprayed under static electricity and then heated,
baked, melted and solidified to form a flat and bright permanent
coating film for decorative protection and anti-corrosion purposes.
Due to its advantages of enviromental friendly excellency,ecology and
economy,there it's a showing an increasing application year by year.
It has been widely used in furniture、household appliances,
communications,electronic products,street lamp poles,automobiles
and accessories,oil gas pipes,skyscrapers,building material and so

Functional powder coating
功能型粉末涂料
耐高温型：烧烤架，排烟管道，热交换器等
防腐型：应用于管道、钢筋、钢绞线、电器元件等的涂覆
低温固化型：固化条件150℃ 30分钟，用于耐热性差的涂装材料
超薄型：涂膜厚度20～30μm，可以实现与液体涂料相媲美的涂层厚度,应用于较厚粉末
不适用的应用中

Low temperature curing: Curing condition 160 ℃ for 30 minutes, for
coating materials with poor heat resistance
Ultra-thin: The thickness of the coating film is 20 ~ 30μm, which can
achieve a coating thickness comparable to that of liquid coatings, for
coating surfaces that request thickness
