7.2 TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY Technical feasibility is referred to the details of how are we prepared in delivering the system to customers. It basically determines the efficiency of our proposed project by examining the particulars of our intended process including materials, labour, logistics and technology related in preparing, producing, delivering and tracking the system we intended to develop. In order to implement the proposed system, we have to evaluate and have a deep check with the current mode of operation and its technical support in the system. This will be able to help us in preparing an expected system for KBOJ. The proposed new system for KBOJ is FAST requisition system. This system definitely needs the use of computers and laptops to function it. That concludes that KBOJ must ensure the availability of the needed technical support to implement this system in their daily work progress. Limited technology supplies will slow down the progress and effectiveness of this system and KBOJ must be sure of their system assets that can be worth it to practise this system. We will be providing a group of technicians and programmers from our company for the first one month from the date of the implementation of this new system in KBOJ to assist the available programmers in KBOJ in practising this FAST requisition system. This is to help the KBOJ’s programmers to learn and understand the system clearly so that they will be able to handle and future problems safely either it’s a major or minor. We are also very confident that this system will be able to have a great future in improvising the facility management since the technology needed is not very complicated. A simple laptop can do wonders just by installing this system. Therefore, it is believed that one employee using the system can handle the workload of five employees who uses the manual way. This proves the fact that this system has the capacity to come up with solutions for the management while overcoming issues regarding the equipment’s maintenance or customer’s data.
