1. In your own understanding, what do you mean by Questioned Document?
Questioned document is any document that must be check. Example the source
or the authenticity of the document.
2. Have you seen the movie of “National Treasure”? If so, what particular Questioned
Document was portrayed in the said movie?

3. There is a saying that states “If the law has made you a witness, remain a man of
science. You have no victim to revenge, no guilty or innocent person to ruin or
save. You must bear witness within the limits of science”. What do you understand
by this saying?
Tell the truth, tell what you know and tell what you see that’s all no made up story.
4. In your previous subjects, have you learned about the three (3) “I” in crime
investigation? If so, can you name them and briefly explain it?
The three (3) “I” in crime investigation are information, interrogation and
Instrumentation.
They are defined as follows.
Information- is the data, facts and evidence that has been collected in crime
investigation that
can use on court of law.
Interrogation- is a serious level of questioning the suspect, A process that occurs
once
reasonable grounds for belief have been established and after the suspect has
been placed
under the arrest for the offence being interrogated.
Instrumentation- in crime investigation is the tools or means by which
investigators attempt
to measure variables or items of interest in the data collection process.
5. Have you join in a group or team? If so, do you know what is role played in the
team? Explain briefly.
Yes, I’ve joined a volleyball team when I was in elementary. My role was the
setter wherein I’m position at back of the offense and makes the decisions about
who gets the ball.
6. Have you done your best to perform your role in a group or team?
